By registering on this site, suppliers are able to access and tender for the contracts NHS Commercial Solutions is running on behalf of its customers. Some of these customers also use this site for running their own tenders - please see the logos at the bottom of this page to identify who they are.
Once logged in, suppliers will be able to download documents relating to individual tenders, upload completed documents, and communicate with buyers through a secure messaging service.
The system allows NHS Commercial Solutions and its customers to manage tenders in a fair, transparent manner, in-line with EU regulations and procurement best practice, ensuring that all bidders are equitably treated. The system also removes the need for hard copies of tender documents to be submitted, making tendering easier and faster for bidders.
Support is provided on all technical aspects by the software manufacturer, BravoSolution, who can be contacted by phone or e-mail, as shown in the right hand column. Using this facility is free of charge to bidders.
